The biggest social problem of Kali Yuga, well identified by all, are unemployment and Job Security. Varnasram is the only social science that has the mechanism to eradicate both of them at ease. Varnasram is also the sign of Kali Yuga end. So, it is the coming social system of us in the coming future. Today I will state the details of one of the face of this great scientific practice, whose application in today’s society can make miracle.

Varnasram is the vital most and ultimate sign of end of Kali Yuga. Kalki Purana states that the primary job of Kalki Avatar will be to re-establish Varnasram. Now, this is a great area of understanding. There was not a single stage in all the three Yugas, Krita, Treta and Dwapara when Varnasram was not there and still foreseeing the incidences of Kali Yuga, it has been stated that Varnasram would be abolished by Kali Demon to establish unrighteousness. This essentially means, Varnasram holds righteousness or Dharma within it and to establish unrighteousness it is essential to abolish Varnasram and that is quite clear today.

However, there are so many blames over Varnasram, made by the fellows or angels of Kali Demon. Some of them are – Varnasram is the key of Untouchable concept; Varnasram creates differences between man and man by applying caste system and many many more. To be very accurate, all those blames are baseless and irrelevant to the core concept of Varnasram itself. Before going to clear out the blames, it is more important to understand the great sides of Varnasram. Today from this session, those great three faces of Varnasram will be stated. Before going directly to the point, I would say all of the readers to stay focused in the session of Varnasram, as better you understand Varnasram, better you will understand the end signs of Kali Yuga. While you understand the system, there will be no need to ask anyone about the date of Kali Yuga end, rather like daylight, it will be visible to all while Kali will be setting off.

The first great side of Varnasram is Job Security. Sanatan Dharma won’t give extra priority to regular jobs, as the society delivers today to executives, engineers or advocates or any other professionals. According to Sanatan Dharma, regular jobs are to be done regularly and with care – that’s it. Reduce the profit earning mentality from the jobs and do all and everything for keeping the society dynamically movable. Sanatan Dharma also felt the need of job security, as to the oldest righteousness movement, the principle goal of life is to attain salvation and acting in righteous manner or running towards salvation is impossible without a filled appetite.

However, without job security, a clear mentality is left out in humans – earning profit. And whenever human would think about more and more profit, they will be more and more inclined towards unrighteousness, as they would seek profit by hook or crook. As, crookedness would engulf the minds of human, unrighteousness (Adharma) will succeed over righteousness (Dharma) and that had been sanctioned by Kali Demon or in fact, this s teh practical scenario of Kali Yuga. So, it is clear that Kali Yuga along with the angels of Kali Demon abolished the Varnasram system to destroy the Job Security system in Kali Yuga. This involved a rush among people towards profit, better earning and ultimately falsehood succeeded over truthfulness.

You must be feeling in your mid now that how Varnasram ensured Job Security. To be very certain, Varnasram not only established Job Security, but also carried with it Job Certainty and hence eradicated Unemployment entirely. System in it was – A Son would primarily get the chance to carry on the business of his father. A farmer’s son would naturally be a farmer; An architect’s son would naturally be an architect; a sculpture’s son would naturally be a sculpture. In case of a King, the best of his son, suitable to rule the kingdom would be the selected one. In case of Brahmana’s, to be a priest is the default job of a Brahmana kid, but to be a rishi or to be a saint or to be a high level Brahmana depends on his individualism, where society made no rule at all.

One may say that, a child of a sculpture might not feel the job of a sculpture to be fit for him. Hence, this rule can be a burden for him. Varnasram never showed rigidity in its rules. It just gave the first chance to any kid to be employed in his father’s profession. Anyone could change his profession to another one, whenever he would feel that to be correct for him. A Vaishya transformed to a Brahmana is documented in scripts; a Kshatriya like Viswamitra could easily transform himself to a Brahmana, who later became Maharshi with his individuality; even a Sudra could also be a Brahmana as happened with Ratnakar, who transformed himself to Maharshi Valmiki.

So, the misunderstanding of rigidity is completely baseless and funny mind-made story.  Varnasram is thus the key social system to abolish unemployment and to establish Job security. This is the greatest aspect of social benefit from the system, however the social science of Varnasram has even more angles or faces that directs the entire society towards righteousness.
